I had a mostly wonderful experience with Wilson Auto. After seeing seen a pre-owned Dodge Ram advertised online, I headed down to check it out on February 24th. I was assisted by Flo, who was amazing during the entire process. She not only convinced me to trade in my old car, but she provided me with boxes and bags to put items from my car in, and then stood out there at night and in the pouring rain to help me transfer the items to my truck. Flo truly demonstrated what "above and beyond" customer service looks like. The only reason I have waited until May to post a review is because the title just came in the mail today, May 3rd. While I am a little disappointed that it took so long to get it, this factor does not in any way detract from the unrivaled customer service i received during the purchase. Therefore, I rate them five stars, and highly recommend any others searching for a vehicle to choose Wilson Auto Group.

Upon arrival, there was the most energetic, happy, encouraging Ginger I’ve met in years! Then, I met Mr. Clarence Jennings who help get me the best price on my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport! He was patient, kind and a great listener! I saw him work diligently to get my best offer! While waiting, he was attentive, brought me water and rather than feeling like that was with a pushy Salesman, I felt like I’d made a friend! Sir Jennings as I will call him, was the first Salesman I’ve met in 57 years who I felt had my best interest at heart!
