My car had been totaled in an accident and I needed to replace it. I called 4 Hyundai dealerships and the only one who called me back within an hour was Austin at Keith Hawthorne in Gastonia. He even sent me videos of all of the cars they had in the model I was looking for. Within a day, I had the car I wanted and at a reasonable price. Austin was great! He was personable and professional as well as being willing to negotiate with my husband who is use to buying a car the “old school” way. It was a very pleasant experience and I am completely satisfied with my new car in every way. I would highly recommend Austin and Keith Hawthorne if you ate in the market for a new car.
My husband passed in 2022. After a long illness; I had a Handicap van which I returned and sold back to the dealership where we got it .The same day I was looking for a car that would be dependable and the size I needed since I have grandchildren. I went to several dealerships and ended up at Keith Hawthorne, Hyundai of Gastonia. A young man named Ryan helped me, and I really liked his approach and his Personality. I found a Nissan rogue it was a 2021 and had everything I needed. After negotiations I was very happy with my purchase. Since my purchase, I have had the Keith Hawthorne, Hyundai of Gastonia service my car. A young man by the name of Aaron helped me and was so knowledgeable and was so helpful. I will always come to Keith Hawthorne, Hyundai Gastonia for any future needs. I was able to see Ryan and enjoyed our visit. Since Purchasing the Rogue ; Ryan has send me a Christmas card and called to check on me several times. Personally, I think that is very impressive. Thank you Keith Hawthorne, Hyundai of Gastonia for helping me with one of many decisions I had to make after my husband passed. I feel God sent me to the right place. Thank you!
