2023 Buick Encore GX Select AWD

Went in for my first service after purchasing my RX 350 sport and Brett was awesome and took great care of me. He was very communicative and friendly. The customer waiting area was clean and spacious. I purchased my vehicle from Chung last July and I had a great experience and he assured me that I would love it at this location and I have to say that he was absolutely right. I will definitely continue servicing my vehicles here in the future and I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

This was an amazing experience! Everyone in the dealership was friendly and professional. We loved that the receptionist received us with a big smile! Our salesperson, Cherry Moore, was incredible! We can't recommend her enough! She stayed with us until the end, answered all questions, showed her expertise, and made everything easier. Ana in finance was incredible too! They were a super team! They took the time to improve the finances of our purchase. When we arrived, they had a better deal than our bank offered! The dealership area is very well maintained and during the day offers amenities for their guests. This dealership also offers services and warranties other dealers lack. They have a great selection of vehicles. Our car was impeccable and as described. Everything from the arrival to the delivery of the vehicle was professional and friendly and delivery time was the shortest at any dealership we had been to. The staff was very professional and accommodating. My salesperson Brenda was amazing and made the process of buying my new NX350 very smooth!!! I would defiantly recommend this Lexus dealership to family and friends. If you are a person that dislikes doing the brand new car process at dealerships this one will change your opinion.
