2023 Buick Encore GX Select AWD

Excellent experience at the Walser GMC dealership. I had limited my selections to a Jeep Compass or Buick Encore based on my online search. I test drove the Jeep Compass first and liked it. I test drove the Buick Encore second. It felt very similar to the Compass. The ride was smoother. The dash board display was much better. The process was fast once I decided I would trade in my 2017 Jeep Cherokee. The car I wanted was at another dealership. While I went to the bank to get a cashier's check for the balance due, the car was brought over to the Roseville GMC. Sales person spent as much time as I needed in the car explaining all of the features and setting up my Apple Play. Very good service.

I know when I have my car serviced at Walser I can trust that my vehicle is in the best hands. They are trustworthy and very welcoming to me. They remember my name and my dog’s name too! All my questions and concerns are answered. The dealership is so very clean and the waiting area is bright and welcoming. My car is always washed and wiped down after each service. As a woman it is nice to know that I am well taken care of! This means so much! Thank you to all the great friendly staff!
