Did not feel the initial welcome was good. Got out of car two employees just chatting at the desk. Other employee was busy on phone. In my opinion it seemed like the two employees conversation was more important than the customer. It wasn't a long period of time before he asked if he could help but just standing watching them and waiting was a little frustrating. From that point in, all was very good!
