A couple months ago, I had to take my car in because it was losing oil. They got me right in. After inspecting it, they said they couldn’t see anything wrong externally so they put in dye and marked the dipstick. They didn’t charge me anything but told me to bring it back in 1000 miles. After doing that, they determined there was nothing wrong with my car and didn’t charge me anything. I was floored because I was expecting costs for diagnostics the very least. They were honest, friendly, and provided me with a loaner, which was immensely helpful. Definitely recommend Don Sitts Service Department. I’m taking the car in for brakes tomorrow.
