2023 Buick Encore GX Select AWD

I love my new baby In the beginning there were a few bumps with getting someone on the phone i live in Des Moines and for me to have to travel ALL the way to Ames just to get an answer was beyond me i did complain and stated if this is what im going to have to go through to get service take the car back and ill go elsewhere needless to say the supervisor that was there did hurry to help me after hearing my frustrations and dissatisfaction which was my overall issue not being able to talk to someone when questions about my vehicle arose other than that I LOVE my new addition to the family and not having to pay for oil changes helps alot too

Everyone worked with us diligently. Had been to three different car lots and were denied but when I walked into Ames Honda they were helpful and got me into a new vehicle that day. Thank you so much for your help and professional actions

The salesperson was polite and friendly. He consistently answered my questions. I had several concerns about the sales but he made sure to get me the information timely so I could make an informed decision. Very helpful
