2020 Buick Encore GX Select AWD

We bought a van with Matt. He made it very straightforward, and easy. We were looking at a few dealerships and the folks at Bob Utter were the best to work with. Everyone was pleasant and respectful that we interacted with. When it came down to the numbers they didn’t add in a bunch of add ons or fees like the other dealerships. The Bob Utter service center is terrific. I had a technical issue with my new cell phone and everyone there was friendly and helpful. Scott took care of the issue for me since I am not up on current devices (it's called being old). Couldn't be happier with them.

I've had my KIA for a while, no issues and the service from the dealership is excellent. Just a few weeks ago, I dropped by and asked if they could check something for me. Tristan not only took care of it but it done quickly and issue resolved.
