This was my third Chevrolet Traverse purchase and my second purchase at Bob Johnson. I had been to two other Chevrolet dealerships in our area and had really terrible customer service so I drove the extra 30 minutes to Bob Johnson and I'm glad I did. The dealership and salesman, Doug Curry, went above and beyond to make sure the transaction went smoothly. Doug was attentive and transparent - two qualities that are important when making such a large purchase. They prioritized high quality customer service at every opportunity. There were a few hiccups in finalizing the financial paperwork that could've potentially ruined the excitement of buying a brand new car, but the managers, Kevin and Anthony, worked with both Doug and me to make sure I left feeling comfortable. Those final details were addressed the next morning via phone. I cannot say enough about the customer service at this location. I will absolutely be back!
