I purchased a used Tundra here a few weeks back and had a great buying experience. I drove over from 2 hours away and they had me take pictures of my vehicle before making the drive to make sure I felt comfortable with the trade value they would be offering me. My salesman, Bob Hearn, was very knowledgeable, very relaxed, and easy to talk to. There were never any pushy moments or sales gimmicks. I'd definitely recommend calling in an booking an appointment with Bob if you are looking for a new or used Toyota. This is a very busy dealership, I was shocked how many people were there buying cars on the Saturday I was there, if you want to avoid the crowds I would recommend calling in and setting an appointment throughout the week. The day I was in they were short one of their normal Finance Professionals so it took a little longer than normal, but that kind of stuff happens and it was no big deal, I maybe was there an extra 30-45 min. All in all, it was a great buying experience, only wish I lived closer to take advantage of their service department. Keep up the good work!
