Mike was phenomenal as was Ash. Two weeks ago my daughter bought her first car. They provided a few options and she went with a 2021 Nissan Rogue. The day she went in to sign the paperwork and pick up the car she came down with a stomach bug on her way there. I met her there and while there she became physically sick. Not only were they compassionate, but they drove her car home following me so she could rest in my car! Now, I had casually mentioned that I was looking to purchase a truck for the first time. Mike found me one but it unfortunately was sold the next day. I found a better on online at another location. Mike not only moved it to his location to look at, but allowed me to take it on loan overnight to see if I liked it. Then he took him over a week to obtain the title, but he did and I had my new truck in just a couple days. That’s two very satisfied customers in the same family within two weeks! I’ll definitely be back in the future!
I have found that the West Herr family values exist at all there dealership brands. Another great experience with Julian Bones GM and his staff at the Nissan brand in Williamsville NY. Justine Jopp is simply the best. We were looking at a number of cars at different dealers. She found comparable cars and had them brought to the Infiniti dealer. We are very happy with our new to us Porsche!
