Compassionate. Knowledgeable. Honest. Patient. Four qualities you don’t typically associate with a car-buying experience, but Hyundai of Plymouth isn’t your typical dealership. Where else can you enjoy a snack basket in your lap while exploring leasing options? We worked primarily with Michelle and Matt, two genuinely kind and skilled professionals who clearly care about more than just making a sale. Michelle and Matt handled my dad’s endless barrage of dad jokes like pros (no, you can’t get a discount because you might share a hometown with an employee, know a mutual friend of a friend from 40 years ago, or volunteer to block sunlight with your body so folks can see their computers better.) The physical space is clean, welcoming, and has a lovely atmosphere. There are no blinds, so it's warm in temperature and temperament–bright sun made it a cozy retreat on a windy winter day, and even the car bows matched the balloons in the showroom. I honestly never thought I’d leave the dealership with the car I did. When I walked in, I knew next to nothing about leasing, but Matt made the entire process easy to understand—and most importantly, he was honest. For anyone who’s ever felt like the car sales process was full of hidden terms or pressure tactics, this experience was a refreshing change. I’m thrilled to say I’ll be leasing a 2025 Hyundai Tucson, all thanks to a smooth and enjoyable experience at this location. Bonus: the snack selection is top-notch. My experience with Hyundai of Plymouth was exceptional. I was a walk in and the salesperson Carey was friendly, understanding and cooperative. After a test drive we discussed the purchase of a new Tucson hybrid. I then went to a Toyota dealer with an appointment for a test drive. The salesperson there was disinterested in this process and was not very helpful even though I did state that I was very serious about a purchase. He printed out a list of the models and features and then left to wait on another customer. I was extremely dissatisfied with that dealership. The personnel at Hyundai of Plymouth were all so pleasant and strove to make sure I understood the whole process, which included Matt and Christina. Also when I decided that I wanted a few additional items, Jeff was very helpful. I would certainly recommend this dealership. Love my new car!
