2021 Buick Encore GX Select AWD

This is my fourth F150 from #1 Cochran Butler Ford since my first one back in 2006. I’m extremely happy with the courteous and helpful attention I received this past Friday. Sales manager Matt and salesman Mike were both attentive to my requests. I’ve also had many satisfactory results from their service/repair and parts departments.

My experience with Ford Cochran in Butler recently was so excellent! Tyler was fun, friendly and kind and gave me so much support every step of the way. I’m from the South Hills area and went to two dealerships nearby here who treated me as though I was just someone shopping around when I truly went ready to make a deal that day on both days. I’m so glad I didn’t. They acted with an attitude like they were doing me the favor routine not really happy I was there or helpful at all. I went to up to Butler Cochran Ford hoping for the best and couldn’t believe the personalized attention and interest I received there. I was so glad I waited. They gave me the same trade in price as in the South Hills but the whole experience for purchasing a new car was awesome so thoughtful. Excellent service, had my first free oil change a couple days ago also had my tires rotated and rebalanced. It only cost me $52.95 to rebalance my tires. They put these tires on my truck 4 months ago and the wheel weights fell off and it was vibrating driving down the road. Definitely a good deal considering it’s probably my fault they fell off and I should be happy to pay $52.95 every 4 months so my truck doesn’t vibrate. To make me feel better about everything, I like to think that since I purchased this truck 4 months ago for $23,000 from this dealer and they mounted and balanced the tires, that I got one heck of a deal. I look forward to going back in the next 4 months and paying to have them rebalanced again.
