2021 Buick Encore GX Select AWD

Waited patiently seven and a half months for this beauty! 2023 Prius. From start to finish we were kept informed as to where we were on the wait list. Then given options when cars came in as to color and options on the newly arrived cars. Our salesperson, Shannon, was highly knowledgeable and continues beyond the day of sale. Shannon is AMAZING! From the moment I walked in the door she was super friendly. She made me feel like the car I wanted was mine as soon as I walked in. Great communication. Everything went as smooth as it could have went. No hassle. No headache. No pressure. Very informative and helpful. My daughter loved her as well.
