2023 Buick Encore GX Select AWD

I have had the pleasure of working with Matt Almedia for my past two vehicles- and I’m on my 3rd car through Ingersoll. Matt has treated me with kindness and respect every time I’ve worked him. A few months ago while I was getting my oil changed, I went to visit him to talk about my next vehicle because my lease was going to be up soon. I told him exactly what I wanted then. I will never go to anyone else because he’s hands down the best. We are so lucky in the greater Danbury area to have a dealership like Ingersoll - the whole entire staff is kind and knowledgeable and their service is fast. The waiting area is inviting and so clean. I’ve never had a bad experience and I want to thank everyone there for their hard work.
