Very knowledgeable and I feel they gave their honest opinion of the situation. Parts came in quickly and they were quick to respond to get me in the same day or the next day. Kept me informed throughout the entire process...I was in there several times. Everyone very nice and Doug was easy to get a hold of whenever I had a question. Plus they always greeted me by name! Doug also went above and beyond by calling to get the work covered by the warranty. Their whole system is very organized and I was quite impressed. I believe they have acquired a new loyal customer.

Both the salesman Mark and the finance manager Rick were skilled professionals, They answered my questions clearly and completely. They were both informative, amiable and generous in finding the best options for me. I am more than satisfied with my treatment and the transaction accomplished at Urka Auto Center. The new truck however will take some adjustment for me. I am not a fan of the smart technology which does things automatically requiring me to turn them off every time I start the truck. Especially the heated steering wheel and seats. I find both extremely aggravating and uncomfortable.

I purchased my new vehicle on a Saturday. No one was in there. I felt the experience was more personalized. Nick, our salesman, made the purchase super special by adding his "gift" as we were getting ready to leave. So very thoughtful. I also appreciated the 100% honesty.
