I’m a “buy online” kinda person. Not a fan of car salesman, so Emmons Autoplex was perfect. Found car online, set appointment and all went smooth from there. Can be a busy place, but Mitch made sure I was kept informed during the whole financing and sign the docs part. Fresh popcorn, Starbucks coffee, and a showroom with some classic cars kept me entertained! It was worth the drive from Sugar Land, and I love my new Jeep!

Amazing from start to finish! Ana was my sales rep, and I feel like we’re old friends! We immediately connected and made the purchase of my vehicle easy and fun. I felt well taken care of by everybody and have already recommended to others to use Emmons. Likely, I will use them again in the future myself! I highly recommend them for any of your auto needs!

Seemingly good car so far, nice people. The GM is frustrating. He will not take into consideration any of your research or experience. He completely discounts the usefulness of the Kelly blue book, or car facts valuations, which are the standards in the industry and nationally track car sales. Any conversations with him won't be productive as he will also interrupt you constantly and won't stop talking. Also despite losing functionality in the car for lacking a second key, would not take off the price of making a new key. It was a true used car salesmen experience I suppose. That being said, the price was good considering the market, they repaired a few of the things we asked after our mechanic (who was further away then their ten mile radius restriction) took a look. Eduardo was really great. Financing is a pain cause of interest rates, but that's not their fault. Good experience besides the GM conversation. I'd recommend to the GM he just let his other people handle the no-haggle conversations, as they might at least validate the research and experience of others. Less people would walk. Thanks for helping me with the car Eduardo!
