Simply a great experience. Traveled from Orlando to a show in Ponce de Leon, FL 400 miles no issues. Started my Chevy Diesel up the next day and it is crawling along. Called this dealership and spoke with Laura in service. She said bring it in and we'll try our best. Limped to the dealership 12 miles away from the show we were attending and met Jason got us right in and Uriel went over what would be required to repair it. It is now 2:30pm. Had 3 techs work on it to get me out same day. This just does not happen these days but when you do business with a professionally operated company from the owner and his team....great service occurs. In my 33 years experience of professional life, I must say this was the best experience I have ever had with an automotive dealership. Spend your money here, it will pay dividends because of truly caring personnel. Also, spent time visiting with Mike out front. A great ambassador for the community of DeFuniak Springs and this dealership in particular
This place has a team like no other, we had Dana and Jonathan helping us recently, they are amazing! There is a great vibe here from the sales and maintenance staff, they all want to meet your needs and make sure you are satisfied!!
I can't praise this place enough, I'm from Dallas tx and our trucks transmission went out unexpectedly on our way home from vacation, but fortunately down the street from Triangle Chevrolet. After having our truck towed in, Nathan assessed our situation and found us a replacement vehicle to get us home while our truck was serviced. After a couple short hours, we were back on the road nice and easy with a great deal on a dependable used vehicle. Service department was very responsive and even got my vehicle in ahead of schedule. 5 stars, highly recommend!
