The finance manager had to be one of the most pleasant and professional managers we had dealt with in a long time. She was one of the best I have delt with. My husband and I purchased a Navigator last week. Our transition was super smooth and no 10k mark up in the sticker like Cadillac did. John was my original sales man and he was very nice.
