2023 Buick Encore GX Essence

We had the best experience shopping at Henry Brown! We’ve gone to several dealerships and felt that cheesy salesman pitch, that was not the case at Henry Brown. After looking for just a few minutes we found our family car; it was a pretty painless experience! Our little 14 month old was screaming and yelling at everyone and the entire staff smiled at her, offered her snacks and was pleasantly calm with a screaming little one in the quiet dealership. We will be coming back to Henry Brown for our future car purchases.

Salesman did there best to accommodate what we were looking for in a deal for the purchased in a new truck. Purchased wasn't the best offer we received. But was very close and they were very professional. Would have given 5 stars but when we received the truck. The final detail was not very good. Still had dirt streaks down the sides and tailgate.
