2023 Buick Encore GX Essence

Great sevice! Worked me in on a short notice. I was fully expecting my truck to be there for a couple of days, but to my amazement, Amanda in the Service dept called me 2 hrs later letting me know my truck was done. This service required the removal of my headliner, so I was a little apprehensive since my truck is only a year old. However, I can see no evidence of its removal. Extra effort was taken to make sure my truck was as I left it. The only difference was that I had two chocolate chip cookies left by them sitting in my console. Very Happy!

This was my second purchase from this dealership and both were exceptionally pleasant. My salesman Larry was amazing. He had a pleasant personality and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles that were purchased. In addition to being pleasant, he was honest and I especially value that.
