It Is When Things Go Wrong That Determines The True Culture Of A Business. With the rapid advancement in technology, several industries, to include the automotive industry, kinda struggle to keep up with the time and resources necessary to remedy a failure. At the same time, it is a part of business and it has to be a consideration when it comes to customer satisfaction. In regards to my very challenging electronic issues with a vehicle purchased from Love GMC, I am so grateful to Marion Isom, General Manager of Love GMC, for stepping up and assuming a highly proactive approach to the situation. As I done my research, I quickly realized that he went far above and beyond what is reasonably expected in a situation like this.
