2022 Buick Encore GX Essence AWD

I unexpectedly ended up with the day off, and my car indicated that I was in need of an oil change. I called Miller & Sons and they were able to take me at the last minute. I really appreciate them getting it done so quickly and with little notice, they are truly winning team.

Both the customer service girl and the mechanic who gave me my updates were very upbeat and informative. I also witnessed the same mechanic help out another customer who was really in a bad spot do to a previous repair not installed correctly from another shop. Went above and beyond

It is always exciting to shop for a new car... but can also be uneasy depending on who you are dealing with. My whole experience was exciting and I wanted to thank John for being awesome! He was a very big help and made me feel very comfortable. Great experience all around! Highly recommend!
