Wow! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, quick - I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment. They were able to help immediately, had the right part in stock, replaced the part , and I was back on the road no time. Shout out to Chris, the technician who helped me, and the staff members at the maintenance desk and the parts department (sorry I did not get everyone's name). Will feel confident bringing my CX9 back in when the need arises.
