Had an amazing experience with Robert, my sales consultant, and Mark, my finance guy! Both were very helpful throughout the entire process of buying my corvette! Robert was not very pushy, was great with communication as I was unable to immediately see the car and was stellar when helping me get to the final part of buying the car. He also checked in with me days after to see how I was enjoying my purchase. Very great person overall. Mark was very straight forward with the finance part. He talked about everything in Layman's terms and helped me decide which routes were best to go. That mixed in with his great personality, could not have had a better car buying experience. The best car buying experience. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, this by far has been the best car buying experience. It all started with the foundation, the salesman (William Taylor). He greeted my husband and I after giving us an opportunity to explore the lot. He had impeccable timing, when he approached us we just found a vehicle that we were interested in. William was there to answer all of our questions. The outstanding customer service did not end there all the employees that we interacted with including James, the financial manager, was friendly, attentive, and informative.
