He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed of the delivery process of the vehicle I decided I wanted when it wasn't available immediately in their inventory. He was very informative, down to earth, offered alot of great deals to protect the new vehicle I just purchased, and I NEVER felt pressured to buy anything that I felt was out my financial capabilities. Joel Smith provided outstanding customer service. We popped in on Sunday, 31 March and spent some time looking at the vettes available.
