I had a great experience from the moment I contacted the dealership. Frederico was helpful & got me started with Johnny B who was awesome! He made the entire experience enjoyable (dare I say fun) and I could not ask for a better salesperson. THANK YOU Johnny B and all of the staff including the managers & finance, at Selma Hyundai that helped me get my new vehicle.

I have always dreaded buying a car because of the long process. So I stopped by on Wednesday and was politely greeted by Manny, he introduced me to Jorge Leyva. I made him aware I wasn't ready to purchase that day. I just wanted to ask several questions. He was very polite and helped me the best he could. I was finally convinced to drive out in a new car. Today was the day, Manny and Jorge made time to show me several options. I'm the type of person who can take days or months to convince myself into anything, so I invited my family. They were all greeting politely, including my 4 year old son and 2 year old nephew, they loved the attention they were getting. My family is everything to me, so when I see the children are acknowledged, that means the world to me. Manny and Jorge made this purchase very comfortable and fun they are the reason I will highly recommend Selma Hyundai/ Nissan.

We were shopping for a hybrid vehicle and had gone to another dealership in Clovis. We found what we wanted, (New car at a decent rate) but we wanted to keep looking. We found a vehicle that fit our criteria at Selma Hyundai. My initial contact with them was mainly through text as we worked through the application process. Even through text, Jordan was very helpful and friendly. We were scheduled to return to the Clovis dealer to finalize the transaction. On a whim we decided to go to Selma. We were really turned off by the comments made by the Clovis finance person and her pushiness. We were quickly greeted by Ruby who assisted us.(Jordan was unavailable.) She was really friendly and made us feel comfortable. We were greeted by the managers, all were very friendly. We were even acknowledged by other sales members as we walked around. We decided to purchase here, as they were able to get us a better rate on a used car vs a new one in Clovis. (Something that doesn’t usually happen when buying used.) Overall the transaction in Selma was very smooth. We had positive experiences with EVERYONE from start to finish. Thank you to all for making this such an easy and pleasant experience.
