2025 Chevrolet Trax LS

I was traveling across country and had an issue with my 2024 Ram 2500 while visiting friends in Alexandria. I tried the dealer in Alexandria and they couldn't get me in for a week or two even though I told them I was 'passing' through. I called Lane who was able to get me in that afternoon and he had the truck ready the next morning. Turns out the problem was operator error (left the bed light on for a couple of days unbeknownst to me of course and drained the batteries). Lane tested the batteries and determined they were OK. Even though it was my fault Lane did not charge for his work. Lane was very competent and pleasant. I would definitely make the drive to Dan Welle for service and/or to purchase a vehicle. I’m an expedite driver and I find a Dodge pro master van. I had a delivery in Sauk city and needed my drivers side electric mirror replaced. Having been doing this for 7 years it’s been my unfortunate experience to have trouble (lots) getting into a Dodge service schedule. Incredibly… this Dodge dealership got me in at once!!! Replaced my mirror and had me on my way in less than an hour. The staff was unbelievable courteous and friendly and I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Thank you again for your help.
