Great experience for the Internet sales team. I would consider myself one of the new school shoppers - doing a ton of research online, and communicating through email and phone calls. From the initial appointment setting with Hannah, to the actual test drives of a couple of different silverados - and over a 1 week period of negotiations with Tyree - it was a great experience. Ross in finance was great as well. overall it was the easiest car buying experience i have ever had. Many of us know how it can be an overwhelming experience shopping for cars - the team at Kearny Mesa Chevrolet did a great job and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to contact Hannah and Tyree.

Overall the individuals we coordinated with were helpful and communicated effectively. They were able to prepare documents prior to our arrival to get us out the door faster than usual. Mustafa was a great salesman who ensured that we were properly taken care of. What a class act.
