It was a pleasure working with Matt and Nick at Bill Kay Nissan. We got a great Rogue at a great price and a generous trade-in on our older vehicle. Matt took the time to explain all the electronics, demonstrated how the new paint finish is basically fire proof and we took a test drive while he pointed out other dash board options. We were pleased with how friendly we were treated and Matt went the extra mile to take care of one question I had. All in all, I would buy another vehicle from this very attentive dealership. My compliments to Matt and Nick for a pleasant car buying experience.

Keith S and the team at Bill Kay did a great job taking care of me during my car buying experience in February. He was in constant contact as they searched for and found the vehicle that I wanted and did a fair job with negotiations. The day 2 service and support have also been fantastic. Offering to do a second delivery and answer any questions I had in regards to some features and the technology of the vehicle. Appreciate the awesome customer experience guys!

I am from out of state (Indianapolis area.) I was in town to visit a cousin in the hospital and go to a Cubs game. My hotel was in Downers Grove and around midnight, after the game, my car broke down 1 mile from the hotel. My transmission went out. The next day I googled Nissan dealership near me and Bill Kay came up. I called and talked to Robert. He said get it towed and they will look at it. After bringing it in I was there maybe an hour and Robert confirmed it was my transmission. He said it would be several days but would be covered under warranty. They ended up having parts in shop and I got my car back the next day. Robert knew I was out of town and worked hard to get me on my way. I really appreciate the professionalism from Robert and everyone involved. Robert even called two days later to make sure I got home ok. I don't live in Chicago area so I would probably never be able to buy a car from you guys, but if I did live near Chicago, I would never go anywhere else. In fact, while waiting on my car, another customer mentioned that he always get great customer service with you all. I really appreciate everything you guys did to get me back on the road. Keep up the good work! Thank you!
