I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle that was a perfect fit for my wife, two kids and myself. We drove by marketplace pre-owned of bossier city multiple times and decided we wanted to check it out. When we arrived, we were greeted by the great staff who works there and jumped straight into business. Not only did they listen to what we were looking for, they provided us with multiple options for exactly what we said we were looking for. Once we found the vehicle we felt was perfect for us, we went inside to finish the process. The two employees that we worked with (James and Tommy) were amazing when it came to settling a final price. They not only helped us out tremendously by making the purchase affordable and within our budget, they also displayed perfect professionalism and maintained the family friendly environment by playing with the kids and giving them food, drinks and toys to help keep them calm. They also allowed our son to help them which completely made his day. Finally, when the price and paperwork were set in stone, they made sure the vehicle was gassed up and ready to go with everything we needed, gave us helpful information as to the last steps to complete the purchase, and completed the day with a picture. At the end of the day, i would say that going to marketplace pre-owned of bossier was the perfect decision we made and i would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is looking for a new vehicle or even replacement.
