Since buying my Ford Focus from De Queen Ford in 2017, I have used them yearly for any service needed on my vehicle. They have never failed to treat me courteously and fairly. Out of town working. The water pump went out on my truck on a Saturday. The service department was closed, but the owner was in. He took all my information and set me up for Monday morning. Provided a rental, and on Thursday, I'm back in my truck. Very friendly and helpful people. Highly recommend this outstanding auto group. Thank you all.
