Huge shout out to Alyssa. Wow, what a gal! Very knowledgeable, friendly, kind, made my wife and I feel so comfortable. I really have no regrets on the purchase of my Colorado. I felt the pricing was fair, and no fighting and bickering. I would have easily given 5 stars, but you guys in the glass room just wouldn’t budge on my crazy clean, never driven in the snow blablabla… trade in. I had a great experience working with Alyssa this weekend. She was so thoughtful that she even remembered my daughter's name when I came without her. She took the time to listen and held off on doing paperwork or running my credit until we found a vehicle that I liked. She treated me with respect and catered to my needs. The overall experience was great and allowed me to really enjoy this Mother's Day weekend.
