*previous review* Purchased a car here with my roommate 4 days ago the car wouldn’t start the next day the battery is bad and the dealership stopped answering the phone afterward and even blocked her number! She just paid a 4,000 dollar deposit for a new car to turn around and have to spend 300 on a new battery that’s insane. *updated review* they did reimburse my Friend for her car battery and the Lady who sold us the car was beyond helpful which I wanted to mention in the initial review before the miscommunication. Autoplex gave us a great deal and honored the lower price we saw listed on a separate website than their own. I’m glad we were able to get the issue resolved swiftly!
