Came by to look at the Chevrolet Equinox EV for my Wife. She ended up liking the Bolt EUV instead, Luis was awesome, treated us well and helped us throughout this process. No pressure, we were happy with him. I would have given them a Five Star Review. However, there was a little misunderstanding towards the end at the finalization contract signing. They failed to disclose and added an accessory at extra cost which they did not inform it would be added to the agreed price. Common for many dealers to do. Just be careful and ask questions. Overall my wife is very happy with her EV. Especially since the cost of fuel is so high. What she was spending on fuel will now be her car payment.

I had a fantastic experience working with Luis Ortega at Ed Denas in Dinuba. The first time I dealt with him, I was there to buy a Traverse. Luis went above and beyond, and he actually made the dealership experience bearable for my wife—which is saying a lot, because she absolutely hates being at dealerships! He is the type of salesperson who truly loves what he does, and he is genuinely receptive to what people need. I had such a positive, hassle-free buying experience that I went back a few weeks later, and Luis helped me hammer out a sweet deal on a brand new Sierra. He even went the extra mile and came out to my house to finalize the paperwork. If you’re looking for someone who makes the process easy and puts the customer first, go see Luis.

It’s obvious that Luis should give a Master Class on selling vehicles! I was really impressed with how fast and easy the transaction was. I also wanted to say the truck was detailed perfectly so hats off to the guys who work behind the scenes. Ed Dena’s is number 1 in my book!
