2025 Chevrolet Trax 2RS

My truck started missing. I called apple Chevrolet to see if they would work with my extended warranty. Joe was amazing to work with. They were quick and efficient and I have not had any issues since I picked it up. This was around the holidays and they were still fast. 10/10 recommend.

I had the opportunity to take my diesel to the Service department. They changed the fuel / water filter, oil and replaced a coolant hose. They where excellent on time and pricing. I actually left another dealership that I will not name because they were robbing me on the labor The other dealer quoted 2.5 hours on the coolant hose that apple did in less then an hour. Apple definitely gained a customer.

Fellers made the first time purchase of a new vehicle so positive. I did not have that experience with the other Chevrolet dealership in Lynchburg that I went to prior to Fellers....(ahem, Pinkerton). Gary, my salesman, was so pleasant to worked with and answered my many questions. Most of all, I trusted him! He was extremely prompt in responding to my emails/phone calls. Time is precious as I work full-time and have three kids actively involved in sports. The day I came to purchase and pick up my new vehicle I was in and out. He was prepared for my arrival. The vehicle was spotless and had a full tank of gas (which I wasn't expecting). He didn't put me through anything that wasn't necessary. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. You will not be disappointed!
