I called the service department for a flat tire! I didn’t know what to do because I had no way of getting the tire to them. They sent a technician out to get my tire off and take it back with them to fix. It was fast! I was back on the road to work in a short amount of time. I would definitely trust them with more service issues in the future!!

The service department has always been exceptionally on point. Dez Green made a point to call me and update me on the progress that was being endured with the time my Grand Wagoneer was in shop. Dez advised of new parts ordered and explained if there was a wait time. Service department ( all of them) listened to my concerns and seemed to care about my issues I was experiencing! Great job! This place has one of the best service departments I’ve ever used. Dean and his guys are top notch! I had an electrical issue and Eric came right out to my truck and had it figured out in no time! On another occasion, my truck was not running right and their diesel mechanic Casey, looked at it and it took him only about 3 hours and he had it running like the day I bought it! Thanks so much guys!
