The staff are always courteous and very friendly. I always deal with Kevin Barzola and he’s the reason I keep going back. Very respectful and knowledgeable. I explain my issues or concerns and he knows exactly what I’m talking about then gets the right person to work on it. You can’t get that kind of service nowadays. My 2023 Corvette had a defective transmission and windshield. I did need to wait for parts but once they arrived a top of the line - World Class mechanic / technician was assigned the project. I was able to visit during the service and was impressed. The team worked well to get me back the C8. I was kept updated by both Service Advisors Brain and Steve throughout the project.

Always a good experience here! In and out quickly for a service recall on my 2024 Chevy Trax. Notable during my visit was a nice gentleman who guided me to pull further into the bay to allow other cars behind me. He also opened the door and welcomed me warmly/professionally into the service area. I think he was also the shuttle driver as I saw him drive off moments later. What a nice touch as I've never had that kind of welcome for "service" during my visit in a dealership! Keep it up. I also want to give a shout out to Brian who may be the Manager, not sure. He is always so pleasant and friendly - a real asset to your team. He invited me to sit in the waiting room, but it was crowded. It was such a lovely day I opted to sit outdoors. He went the extra mile and brought one of the high chairs outside for me to use. Kudos and top notch all the way around!!
