Purchased a new Traverse through Shottenkirk and had a great experience! Didn’t feel pressured and they listened to my wants / needs. GM came out to meet me and was able to get the exact model / color I wanted from a sister dealer and they were willing to work with me on incentives and pricing to where both parties were happy.
