I purchased my car here, April 2023; I’ve needed service on it a few times and have been unable to get a few issues fixed until recently. Jesse in service has been hands down the best! He takes every concern/ complaint without hesitation, and fixes the issue as quickly as possible. His communication is wonderful, and gives a great time line for parts and pickup.

I am in Oregon and had a part shipped to me from Connell Chevrolet. VINCE in the parts department was AMAZING! I had been looking for a few non-existent parts for my 2000 Chevy Metro. Without one part specifically, the car was just a paperweight. Vince was literally holding the last cable on record in his hands. It took me 2 days to finally make sure the cable was the correct one and Vince was very helpful and gracious the entire way through. I could tell he was busy but he helped me when he could have told me to bugger off and figure it out myself. Haha Vince, Sir… YOU ROCK! Thank you so so so much for saving my little car’s life!
