I had called before coming in because I didn’t want to go to my previous Mitsubishi dealership. I knew what I wanted going in and even though the outlander they had didn’t have all the extras I wanted I was able to get them into my deal fairly cheap. I was happy w what I got for my trade. It was a pretty easy buying experience. There’s been times where I was at the dealership from 10am until closing when buying but we were able to get thro everything in a few hours here. I kept in contact with my sales rep after because I was waiting for parts to come in. He was helpful and when I came back to get the parts installed there was a misunderstanding about one part but they gave me a pretty decent price to get them done.
Met Sam Feroce as a Mitsubishi and Jim Shorkey sales representative at the 2024 Pittsburgh Auto Show. Very professional, knowledgeable, and with no pressure that answered all our questions and demonstrated the 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander SE. We met with him at the dealership on Saturday, Feb 24th and from the time we entered this dealership, then took a test drive, were very satisfied...and drove the Outlander home. Our experience was great. We were in the dealership several times over a 2 week span and saw Bobby Snyder each time. He knew we were taking our time deciding on a vehicle and did not pressure us. When we came back in to purchase the vehicle, Bobby was busy but suggested Ricky Bickel to complete the sale. Both Bobby and Ricky were very knowledgeable about the vehicle.
