The entire process took very little time, and my assigned worker kept me apprised of the process and made helpful suggestions along the way. I was in at 9:20am and out by 11:40am. I was very satisfied with the service.
Dave was friendly courteous and helpful! The 2 courtesy drivers were very nice. Unfortunately my recall parts were not available so the dealership had my car overnight.
