2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer LT

I haven't had the best experience at dealerships before on 4 previous vehicle purchases, but Dominic and the staff at Ciocca Chevy of Quakertown has changed that! I had been on the search for a pick-up truck that could haul a growing family while also providing me with the capacity to tow moderately heavy equipment. After stopping at 2 other dealerships on 3/21 and not having luck, my dad and I stopped at Ciocca Chevy on a whim to check out their used inventory. Here I was able to find the perfect truck for my family and at an affordable price. Dominic was very polite and helpful from the start with offering something to drink and handled the review process of my trade-in with ease. He even thanked me for putting new tires on it for him! Dominic and the management at Ciocca worked hard to make sure I could leave the same day with the truck and addressed all of my pricing concerns and questions. At no time did I feel any pressure to finish the transaction or sign paperwork. Definitely going to be referring friends and family in need of a car to make the trip and check out Ciocca Chevy in Quakerton.

Got a decent deal on a new 2024 Trailblazer but there's a lot of items that dealers used to cover gratis for their customers as good faith (road service, warranty representation with the manufacturer etc.). These are now covered by "insurance" that you're asked to sign up for during the final phase of the deal - a lengthy process - this pitch takes place after they've processed your trade and after they've gotten your signature on the vehicle finance agreement. There were maybe two gotta-have items and that boosts my note by $10 but, had I accepted the entire boatload, it could have added $200 to my monthly note. To sum up; they'll get you what you want but be careful what you sign.

Thank you to Kaylee for your excellent customer service! I was interested in a used truck that was sold before I could make it to the dealer for my appointment. Kaylee let me know ASAP that it was sold and she's been trying relentlessly to locate a used truck that fits my needs. We haven't found one yet, but it's just a matter of time when someone is working hard for you. I just want to publicly thank Kaylee for her efforts. Keep up the great work Kaylee!
