On my way back from NYC to Montreal, I noticed that my front wheel was missing a lug. I went back to the closest dealer. Service was about to close and I was going to put the lug that I purchased from parts myself. Omar at service insisted that they do it. Staff was courteous, answered all our questions, didn't engage in pressure tactics. We ended up returning to buy a car from them after testing other cars and dealers for 2 weeks. Do not regret it so far unlike with my previous experiences with other car dealers that leave u feeling taken advantage of.
