This is the best experience I had buying my first car here with H&Y Automobile Inc and honestly out of the 5+ dealerships I dealt with through my search process this was the best one 10 out of 10. The owner who was the one that helped me out, was nothing but the best. From the moment I first got in contact with him, he helped me with the financial process and even tho it was his day off he still went and help me get what I wanted. He never hesitated to answer my questions or requests via phone, in person, and in text. He was also extremely patient with me and provided me with all the time I needed to make sure I was comfortable with the the car I was getting. Last but not least, he was very transparent with the price, and she delivered the price she proposed from the beginning with no hidden fees or any other I would highly recommend going to H&Y Automobile Inc if you want a great buying experience and looking for the best possible deal. I want to first start my review with this. H&Y they are not like the other dealers in Miami. I know I know everyone says that but they really do treat you like family there. I know this because I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep grand cherokee from them and the whole experience was amazing... First I fell in love with the jeep, but I had just had a bad experience with a different unnamed dealer that was holding the down payment ... So I was a little bit hesitant at first but we talked and i could tell right away that they are definitely not like the other ones. So in the end I decided to go with H&Y based on how they only deal in the best quality cars, the atmosphere, and the family feel. That being said I will definitely be going back and purchasing a vehicle for my mother very soon.
