2022 Chevrolet Trax LS

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was early but they took me right in and completed my recall before my appointment time! The waiting room was very clean, quiet and I was able to work while my car was being worked on. It was very comfortable! They even filled my washer fluid and never told me. They didn’t do it for accolades but just to be courteous. That was a nice surprise! I will certainly use them again for my service needs.

I had nothing but a wonderful experience with Richardson Bros in Floresville, Texas! The staff was patient with us as I took my time deciding on buying my current 2024 Chevy Malibu. They communicated efficiently and made me feel at ease every step of the way.

I was trying to look through options for cars, wasn't expecting anything until a few days, or maybe a week after. But as soon as I came in, Jovi was there to help me out, he immediately found a very nice car in my budget range, even drove with me to a different dealership to pick it up. Helped me get it financed, made sure everything was good with the car, and I was driving out of there, same day! Incredibly helpful all around, and stuck with me to the end. Jovi even helped me return my rental!
