2017 Chevrolet Trax LT

(Check out before and after pics below!) The best and friendliest car guy I’ve ever had. He took care of me, made the process seamless, and provided professional service delivery. I was so impressed when I got my car back. I also enjoyed the experience I received from the receptionist. Again, pleasant, friendly, and able to take care of me in a professional manner even when I was confused. This is my 3rd time here and I will def be back when needed!

Came here to get some collision damage fixed, they are the most helpful people we’ve dealt with, Raed communicated with us very well and he made sure that everything was done in a way that would allow us to leave the lot satisfied. Definitely helps that it is a family own business and you work one on one with them, if we would’ve gone to a bigger shop, who knows what treatment we would’ve received. Totally recommend this shop, I’m not sure if they do simpler mechanic jobs, like oil changed, tire alignments and what not, but if they do I’m definitely looking into them for my next service.

I had a family member back into my car. To help them out, we decided not to go through insurance and have them pay out of pocket instead. When I first came to this shop, Raed immediately understood and respected that we needed to keep the repair cost within reason for this family member. But his care and customer service didn't stop there. They made sure I didn't drop my vehicle off until they were fully ready to work on it. That caused my vehicle to only be at the shop for ~exactly~ 48 hours. On top of this, he provided a loaner vehicle free of charge. I've rarely, if ever, heard of this. While my car was there, I sent an email asking if they could take a quick look at a small crack on my bumper and tell me an estimate, as I was interested in getting it fixed in the future and wanted to plan my budget accordingly. Raed contacts me and tells me they can repair the crack for no additional charge. Yet again, I was blown away. Of course all of the above is icing, but you also want to make sure the repairs are done well. I've attached before and afters. I've heard from other friends/family that are in the business about complex paint colors, and even Raed expressed that my pearl white is not an easy one, but the photos evidence themselves of the exemplary body work that's done at this shop. I can't recommend this business more - it is so rare to find such genuine and decent people that are willing to do so much for their clients. While I hope to not need to be back for this type of work in the immediate future(????), I certainly know where to bring my business as well as inform all my friends here in Houston.
