Definitely recommended!!! Long story short, I had to drive from St. Louis to Springfield, and I ended up arriving after closing time on a Friday evening. Mr Mike and Mr Greg stayed almost 2 hours after closing time just to process my paperwork. They were extremely patient with me throughout the entire process. Second time buying a car here. They sell to the person and not your credit score. From the moment I pulled up I felt genuinely seen and Mike made the process super simple and it really did feel like I was back home in my small town buying a car from someone I’ve known my whole life. Highly highly recommend coming here.
One-stop shop!. Mike got me into a car, after having some issues with some other car lots that were not so honest. For what other car lots wanted for a 2011 Buick ( taking advantage of the fact my credit isn't perfect) , Mike got me into a 2022 Nissan Altima, with 30,000k miles on it! I would recommend Never Say No Auto if you want a fair price, a salesman that doesn't smell like commission breath, and leave with a quality car and a seamless process. I would give 10 stars to Mike and the process if google offered 10.
