2015 Chevrolet Trax LS AWD

I wanted to rent a car for a couple days to go to NC to meet up with family. Shannon was extremely helpful in getting us into the right suv to make the 10 hour drive more comfortable for a 1 year old and also talk to me about the best pricing per day for our rental. The little suv was excellent on gas and didn't give us any problems for the week we had it. It was super clean when I picked it up. Shannon went above and beyond to make my first time renting a car a great experience. I would definitely recommend B & D used cars. If I ever want to rent a car again in the future, I would not hesitate to call them.

The process was easy and great until the return. The car has a half tank when I got it. I brought it back with a full tank. They charged me $25 for not washing the outside of the car but the inside had someone else's clothes and shoes in the trunk. There was papers with personal information that had someone's address and other personal information under the driver's seat. You charge me $25 for the outside when the inside wasn't clean. I will only use again if nothing else is available.

Great place and great service, My family and I was in and out. Everything was explained and the car I got was very clean, inside and out. Will definitely do business with them again.
