Not to get into any details but just wanted to commend the service department at Walt Massey in Columbia (Derrick and Chad). My son had an issue with his truck and they worked tirelessly to fix the problem and deal with the warranty. I work with many companies with my job and after hearing how he was treated, wish they all had the willingness to help that this service department offered him. Good job guys. Highly recommend going to see Cole for all vehicle purchases! I was very indecisive, but he was patient and attentive which made the whole buying process so much easier. Also, Colby in the service department! He does his best to get the parts your vehicle needs in a timely manner!
